The CSIR-CCMB Finance & Accounts Section is responsible for all financial matters i.e. Budget formulation, Budget execution and Budget reporting, Project Management, Generation of Annual Accounts, Maintaining proper books of accounts and other relevant records. The CCMB works in a computerized environment using a web-based Government-wide platform called Public Financial Management System (PFMS) for managing its payment and accounting functions.
